Eat healthily...
Dieting - these days we prefer to call it ‘establishing a healthy relationship with food’. That means eating food that’s good for you in a quantity that’s suitable for you. This combined with moderate exercise will get you to your ideal weight.
We tend to have a few problems with this approach, one is that eating has become a substitute for other areas of our lives which may be lacking. Another problem is in mini addictions to various food types. Have you ever noticed how if you eat biscuits, sweets or chocolate at a particular time of day, every day, then after a while you become to depend on that biscuit in order to feel good, or even normal? If you don’t get it you feel that something is missing…
Hypnosis is very effective in weight loss as it can remove the desire for snacking in between meals, it can increase your desire to eat healthy food, it can help empower you, show you that you have something to feel good about and give you the motivation to take responsibility for your life.
